A man of God and owner of an event centre Pastor Dr Babatunde Olumuyiwa who owns the Nathan place located at Opa Ilesa road, Ile Ife has turned down payments for the usage of his facility to support the All Progressives Congress candidate Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola. The Pastor on inquiry disclosed that he is a follower of the giant strides of the APC and the monumental developments recorded under their administration was glad that would be his contribution to the Gboyega Oyetola Campaign to ensure Continuity of the good programs. ' That is why I turned down payments when approached by the organising committee' According to a Press Statement by the Gboyega Oyetola Campaign Organisation which was signed by it's Spokesperson Dayo Fasola the event was organised by the ALL CHRISTIAN LEADERS & MINISTERS FORUM Osun State chapter to engage the Governorship candidate on his agenda for moving the State forward had Christian bodies from all over the state represented. In his welcome address, the National President of the Christian body renowned for it's advocacy for good governance and sustained development Rev Dr Sam Ogedengbe commended the APC candidate for honouring their invitation before declaring the program opened. The question and answer sessions featured the APC candidate unrolling his manifesto to the different Christian Congregation present. In his Speech , Mr Gboyega Oyetola reiterated his commitment towards ensuring Ile Ife is recognised as a World Heritage Centre for it's numerous heritage sites and cultural landmarks so as to further boost the economy of the state which would touch all lives from it's multiplier effect.
