The Osun All Progressives Congress Governorship candidate Mr Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola has congratulated Muslims the world over on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir 2018 urging for peaceful coexistence at all times
Mr Oyetola in a statement signed by his Media Assistant Dayo Fasola enjoins muslims and other Osun indigenes to rededicate themselves to service to humanity and meditate on the season's lesson' of piety, faithfulness, dedication, fortitude, obedience, and sacrifice for the benefit of all mankind.
The message issued Monday morning in Osogbo reads “I am grateful to God for his mercy in preserving us to see another Eid el Kabir . And I am thankful for the advancement recorded in the state of Osun in the last one year under the administration of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola. I urge us all to continue to uphold the tenets of both Islam and Christianity which is peaceful coexistence, mutual respect and understanding of our differences. May God preserve us to witness many more in good health, prosperity and happiness,' the statement concluded.
