Looters must be Death Sentence, If hate Speech is by Hanging Adeayo Tella to the Senate

The most active Chairman of the All Progressive Congress in Diaspora Spain Chapter and also the founder of New Nigeria Project International Ambassador Adeayo Stephen Tella, has expressed his dissatisfaction on the propose bill been deliberate on the floor of the Senate which will prohibited hate Speech in the Society with death by hanging for the culprit of hate Speech, the bill which seeks to establish a federal government agency to check hate Speech in the country,

The bill, was sponsored by a former Senate spokesperson, who is now the Deputy Senate Whip, Sabi Abdullahi, passed first reading on the floor of the red chamber on Tuesday.

It is titled, “National Commission for the Prohibition of Hate Speeches (Earn, etc) Bill 2019 and anyone culpable of this act should be Death by hanging.

Adeoye Tella described the plans of the Senate has uncalled-for and plan to step on the fundamental right of the masses of this country which the 1999 Constitution has made it clear to all the masses that there should be freedom of Speech and this propose bill for death by hanging for all the culprit of hate Speech and this bill will contravene the section in the 1999 Constitution which stated that there is freedom of speech.

He Urged the Senate to sponsored a bill on death by hanging for the looters of the national cake because they are the best person to dead by hanging and this will reduce drastically the attitude and the believe of looting the money from the treasury account of the nation and take it to another country to invest it and save it there Banks and if they can propose bill that stated that anyone found culpable of this act will dead by hanging  the looting will reduce. He said.

"Furthermore" he advise Members of the Senate not to go against the Constitution which give the masses the right of freedom of speech and they should remember that will are in democratic settings which things must be done in democratic ways and not in military way, and they should propose a bill that will have a meaningful and positive impact on the masses not the one that will have a negative impact which will stop them of expressing their right to those in the affairs of Government.
