The Governor Gboyega Oyetola of the State of Osun being represented by Dr. Bode Olaonipekun, Commissioner for Commerce and Industry and Mr. Biodun Ajisefini, Special Adviser to the Governor on Agriculture at the ongoing Nigeria - Canada Investment Summit holding at the Transcorp Hotel Abuja. With them is the Nigerian High Commissioner to Canada, Ambassador Adeyinka Asekun. In his presentation show casing the potentials for investment in Osun, Dr. Olaonipekun emphasised the comparative advantages of the State above other investment location, which include, constancy of power supply, active borders with all other Southwest States, enlightened and hospitable population, security/safety for lives and property, tourism for business and relaxation, entertainment, amongst other investment advantages.
