Osun Chamber Of Commerce Donates Palliative Items and Solicit Increased Support For The State Govt. To Tackle COVID 19.

The President, Osun Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture,(OSUCCIMA), Mr Kayode Adeyemi has appealed to the private sector and  members of the public to step up support for the State Government in fighting the ravaging covid 19 by donating palliative items to assist vulnerable groups in the ongoing second phase of lockdown  in the State of Osun.                       
   The State OSUCCIMA Boss made the appeal in Osogbo while handing over the Chamber's  palliative items to the secretary of  21-man Relief Committee set up by the State Government.               
   While lauding the State Government for it's proactive measures in curtailing the festering pandemic, the President, who was represented by the Administrative Secretary of the Chamber,Mr Tunji Ajayi,admonished the state residents to comply strictly with the prevailing stay at home order,in addition to observing all precautionary measures, advancing that it is for the overall wellbeing of all and sundry.                         
   Mr Kayode Adeyemi explained that the materials donated will be coming in tranches  while  admonishing the support of the members.     
   Among the food materials donated were: Semovita,Gari and Table water.
Dr adebayo Jimoh, the secretary of the palliative committee thanked the chambers for the contribution and pray for increased collaboration between the state and the private sector.
