Dr. Bode Olaonipekun in his message to Muslim faithful across the globe and State of Osun in particular called for continuous prayers for God to put an end to the pandemic in Nigeria and the whole world.
Dr. Bode Olaonipekun remarked that Ramadan should be regarded as a period of holiness, self evaluation and renewal of our commitment to all that is good. That It re-emphasizes our collective will to always strive to be the best we can, even in the face of adversities and keep our faith that all will soon be well.
And as the world continues to wage war against COVID-19 pandemic, Dr Olaonipekun also urged all the people of State of Osun to continue to cooperate with the State Government under the able leadership of Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola to obey all the rules and regulations which serve as the preventive measures against the corona virus in the country.
Olaonipekun used the medium to commend Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola and the medical personnel for their proactive and resilient effort which has resulted into great gains in the fight against the dreaded virus.
He further advised everyone to please stay safe even as we celebrate and adhere strictly to all measures laid down by the government to contain the spread of the virus.
