INMT Celebrates Funke Egbemode On WiJAfrica Award

The Ilerioluwa New Media Team, the official social media news team of Governor Gboyega Oyetola, has felicitated with the commissioner for information in the state of Osun, Mrs. Funke Egbemode on her recent award as the 9th most powerful woman in journalism in Nigeria. The award was organised by a body called Women In Journalism, Africa (WiJAfrica).

INMT described Funke Egbemode as a special gift to Osun State and Nigeria as a whole, said the commissioner has successfully etched her name in gold as a woman journalist who served her state and people diligently through her professional skill.

The team described Egbemode as an exemplary journalist, a role model to younger journalist and that the award is just a tip of the iceberg of many good things coming her way.
