The Chairman of the Social Democratic Party in the State of Osun, Hon. Sola Oladeinde, has clear air on the news going around on the de
fection of some members of the Social Democratic Party to the People Democratic Party, he described the news as untrue.
This assertion was made known in a release by the SDP State Chairman, Dr. Sola Oladeinde.
According to him, "The said people left our party immediately after the gubernatorial election in 2018 when they decided to work for the PDP during the rerun election, all of them didn't work for Governor Gboyega Oyetola against the party decision to join coalition with the APC and ensure that Governor Gboyega Oyetola win the rerun, they left us when they sense that the party was planning to set up disciplinary committee to look into their case, they are scavengers looking for money at all cost knowing that PDP have father Christmas, no reliable politician in Osun State will join crisis riding PDP."
Sola Oladeinde claiming that SDP remain resolute to the development stride of the State Government and admonished the governor for the road networking done by his administration in Osun State, most especially Akindeko and Akinlade Streets in Alekuwodo, Osogbo. He thanked the governor for the prompt payment of workers salaries despite the COVID-19 problems and curtailing the pandemic in the state is laudable. He said.
