FAJOE Launches Campaign Forum For Egbedore-South LCDA Chairmanship Election With Fanfare

The scheming for the chairmanship of Egbedore-South Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Osun State has started in earnest with the launch of Aseyori Progressive Forum(APF), the campaign outfit of Mr Olusanjo Fajobi.
The launch of the APF with fanfare at the Ido-Osun residence of the father of the aspirant, Mr Ademola Fajobi, the Chairman of FAWAD Global Investment Ltd, Onibueja, Ido-Osun, Egbedore LCDA, last weekend, attracted political heavyweights of progressive extraction both within and outside the community.

The guests who spoke glowingly in turns about the father of the aspirant and the aspirant himself popularly known and addressed as 'FAJOE' attested to the good qualities of the aspirant, saying that the timing of his political aspiration for the chairmanship of Egbedore-South LCDA could not be better than now.

The father of the aspirant who went down memory lane on his membership of the progressive party in the community for several decades stated that it was a source of joy for him that one of his children, Olusanjo, was showing an active interest in the political activities of the community.
Fajobi popularly known as 'FAWAD' implored the people of the community to consider his son for the plum chairmanship aspiration of the Egbedore-South LCDA during the next dispensation.

All the guests both from within and outside the community who spoke in turns on the occasion attested to the humanitarian attribute of the aspirant and his father, adding that they were convinced beyond reasonable doubt that the chairmanship aspirant would substantially add value to the development of the community if he is elected into the office.

In his remark, FAJOE disclosed that he has taken his time to ruminate over and fashion out the systematic manner through which the lost glory of the community would be restored if he is elected into the office.
He was grateful to God Almighty for making the occasion a reality and also expressed his gratitude to all the All Progressives Congress (APC) members, wellwishers and relations who strived to make it to the launch of his campaign forum despite the fear of coronavirus pandemic.
The aspirant pledged not to let the community down if eventually he clinches the ticket for the chairmanship race.
He paid tribute to the current chairman of the LCDA, Honourable Kola Ajao, promising to start the development of the area wherever he (the incumbent) might have carried it to.

The Media Consultant to Prince Gboyega Famodun, the state APC chairman, Mr Kola Olabisi, while launching the APF advised the chairmanship aspirant to guide jealously his family name as his father is known for his uprightness in all ramifications.

Olabisi enjoined the people of the community to rally round the aspirant in his new political venture in the interest of attraction of rapid development to the area.
Some of the political dignitaries on the occasion are Hon Oluwole Adunola, member, state executive committee of the APC; Hon Lekan Odediran, an aide to Architect Muyiwa Ige, former Commissioner for Lands; Hon Rasheed Oladejo, APC Vice-chairman in Egbedore Local Government Council Area of Osun State; leaders of the party in the community; women wing of the APC in the constituency and the youths were also represented.
FAJOE, an Agricultural Economist from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Osun State, with Masters in Public Administration in-view at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, is currently a director at FAWAD Global Investment Ltd, Ido-Osun.
