The leadership of the above named union is using this channel to congratulate an illustrious son of Osogbo, Dr Adeniran Rahmon Tella on his nomination as the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC )in charge of the state of Osun by His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

It's very delightful to learn of this nomination  into the covetous seat in the national electoral umpire.
We are, however, not surprised as your hard work and passion for perfection place you right for this position.
