Osun Commissioner For Home Affairs, Lawal, Congratulates Famurewa, others

State of Osun Commissioner For Home Affairs, Hon. Tajudeen Eniafe Lawal, has Congratulated the newly constituted SUBEB board led by Hon. Ajibola Famurewa the former federal lawmaker and Director General of Ilerioluwa Campaign Organization.

Lawal described their appointment as a welcome development and expressed his belief that the team will consolidate on the achievements of the board.

Famurewa a registered engineer, was appointed yesterday by Governor Gboyega Oyetola, he is a fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers and two-term Member of the House of Representatives, was a member of the House Committee on Basic Education. He led the Ilerioluwa Campaign Organization, the platform that produced Oyetola first as a candidate and later as governor as it's Director General.

"Famurewa will bring his several years of experience as a member of the House Committee on Basic Education to bear on the discharge of his new assignment." Lawal Said.

It will be recalled that Governor Gboyega Oyetola yesterday announced the constitution of SUBEB board via a press statement by the Governor's spokesman, Mr. Ismail, Omipidan.

Beside Hon. Ajibola Famurewa, other members of the board are: Chief Moshood Adekunle Oluawo, Commissioner,  Technical; a former State lawmaker,  Hon. Amos Akindiya, Commissioner,  Services; Barrister Ayo Olajolo, Member representing Osun East Senatorial District; and Hon. Rafiu Olaide Fatoki, Member representing Osun West Senatorial District.

Lawal wishes the appointees well in their new offices.
