Post COVID 19 Intervention Training: Make Judicious Use Of Knowledge Acquired - Olaonipekun.

The participants of the Post Covid-19 Intervention training programme have been charged to make adequate use of knowledge acquired in the training for self development and as well contribute to the growth of the State economy.

Osun Commissioner for Commerce, Industry, Cooperatives and Empowerment, Dr. Bode Olaonipekun gave the charge while addressing the participants at the Post Covid-19 Intervention training centres in Osogbo and ikirun.

Dr. Olaonipekun said the training programme is to provide alternative means of sustenance for citizens of Osun who might have been adversely affected in terms of loss of jobs and income by the Coronavirus pandemic.

He reaffirmed that the training programme is packaged with various vocational and entrepreneurial skill areas planned to hold at two locations in each of the senatorial districts in the State. 

He explained that  participants would be issued Certificate at  the end of the training as  criteria for disbursement of loan by the Bank of Industry.

The Commissioner enjoined the participants to avail themselves of the opportunities the training has to offer.

The  training continues today at Ede and Iwo: Ife/ Ilesha tomorrow, Wednesday, 19th August,2020.
