The State of Osun Chapter of Tinubu Transformation Agenda (TITAN), a social-political group mobilising support for the All Progressive Congress (APC) National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Hammed Tinubu, has promised to rally support for the sucess of Governor Gboyega Oyetola's adminisyration to ensure 8 years uninterrupted development in the state.
The group said Governor Oyetola is providing expected leadership in all sector of economy in the state and his 8 years as the governor is in the best interest of the state.
TITAN who lauded the regular payment of workers salary and health sector transformation explained that there must be collective effort to ensure that the current development is sustain to make life more abundant for the people.
The group state Coordinator, Ademola Idris said this during a courtesy visit to the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Students Affairs' and Social Mobilization, Comrade Kehinde Ayantunji recently.
He said the Governor on daily basis is strengthening the chances of APC in the state and Nigeria at large with his humility and responsibility with power through road infrastructure development and citizens need governance approach in the last two years.
According to him, " we are volountry political organisations with large membership drive in all the local governments in the state advancing good governance through support for the emergence of quality leadership at all levels. Governor Oyetola is making us proud and we are under obligation to mobilise massive support for the sucess of this first term and work rigrously for his seamless emergence for second term.
He said despite the fact that Tinubu has not publicly declared his presidential ambition, the group is mobilising support across the country to persuade the national leader and ensure his emergence as the President, Federal Republic of Nigeria for social and economic prosperity of the country.
He urged the SSA to provide leadership as rally point and political contact for interests groups to make the re- election of governor Oyetola a success without unecessary political stress in 2022.
Comrade Ayantunji while responding described Asiwaju Tinubu as the Nigeria political leading light and architect of modern progressive politics that has produced quality leaders and entrenched good governance standard in Lagos which has become reference point across the country.
He said " without Tinubu, progressive politics would have become history in Nigeria but his struggle and political investments is what we are benefiting today in Osun with the emergence of former Governor Rauf Aregbesola and Governor Gboyega Oyetola".
"It is a great consolation that your group acknowledged the performance of Governor Oyetola and I can assure you that the governor will not spare any effort to bring succour to the people of state. The task before us is to strengthen the gospel with united hope for greater Osun, I have strong conviction that under the leadership of Governor Oyetola , Osun will be prosperous".
The group later presented a frame to the SSA to appreciates his support.
The visitation were attended by the state women leader of the group Alhaja Iwinsunmi Kehinde, Hon Dada Adegbenro Philips, Senatorial Leader West, Hon Oguntoye Aremu, Hon Olatunbosun Kolawole, Senatorial Leader East and other members of the group.
