I did not attack anyone, Asiri-Eniba debunk rumour, asks rumour mongers to produce evidence


The Chairman of Olaiya Branch of the NURTW Alhaji Asiri Eniba has debunked the rumors waving around on his involvement in the attack of former governor of the State of Osun and Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Abdurauf Aregbesola, Personal Assistant Comrade Adunni Olateju at a birthday party in yesterday night.

Our source learnt that one Olateju, P.A to former governor of Osun state, Ogbeni Aregbesola was attacked around 10:00pm yesterday in Osogbo during a birthday party organised by Hon. Taofeeq Badmus, member representing Osogbo State Constituency at Osun House of Assembly .


Asiri-Eniba who was alleged for the attacked has this morning debunked the rumour in circulation on social media that he was the one who led the attack. Asiri in his statement while responding to questions about the attack has claimed anonymity that he was never aware of any attack until this morning. 


Asiri-Eniba stated that; I was with Alhaji Abass Akande  (Obesere) who came to perform at Adebimpe Hall, opposite Osogbo City Stadium and we left the hall together with Obesere for another function at opposite Osun Presidential Hotel at Kola Balogun area of Osogbo where Bro. Lawrence "The Law" and his brothers came to join us and, from there we left for  another function at Ostrich where myslef, Alh. Abass Akande Obesere, The Law, others were enjoying a life performance of a lady musician until 11:35pm but it is a surprise to me, that I'm alleged for what I did not aware.


Asiri-Eniba further warned that, those who are mentioning his name for the attack should produce evidence of seeing him attacking the said P.A to the former governor within 72 hours for defaming his character or they face the wrath of law as himself has read the fake news on different social media platforms this morning.
