As the world celebrates Easter today which symbolises hope, renewal, and triumph over the dark period, a frontline community leader in Osun, Alhaji Abdul-Fatai Kolawole has called on Nigerians, not to lose hope In Nigeria's project assuring that there would be light at the end of the tunnel.
The statement was contained in an Easter message which the Oluomo of Modakekeland made available to newsmen at his country-home, Modakeke, area of the state.
Kolawole said the call became necessary against the backdrop of many agitations by various interest ethnic groups that made up of Nigeria as a result of complete loss of tolerance, love for one another, and discrimination based on a belief among others.
The top education echelon noted that every individual, group, society, race, and nation has one challenge or another but the way it is being managed would determine the outcome.
The Atorise Eto-Eko of Osogboland expressed the conviction that if Nigeria's diversity is well handled, the current challenges would not exist, hence the need for a change of tactics and approaches particularly by the people at the helms of affairs of the country.
He expressed the confidence that Nigeria can be a better country that every citizen and Africa continent could be proud of if everything necessary is done to correct the present anomaly.
"We all own our forbearers the duty to make this union work because it is in this diversity that our strength lies, he concluded"
