As the annual Egungun Festival which commenced on Sunday 6th of June and end today 10th of June, Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe, the Otun Babaloja of Sasa Market Oke-baale Osogbo and State Chairman of Prayer Warrior, has congratulated the ataoja of Osogbo, His Royal Majesty, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Abidemi Olanipekun Larooye II on the annual Egungun Festival which is one of the process of showing that the annual Osun Osogbo festival is around the corner, the festival which comprises all Egungun in all compound in Osogbo will perform by dancing for the king and received royal blessings from the king before moving to town to show their skills to the people.
He urges the residents of the state especially youths to give peace a chance, they should contact government for consultation before taking any action that can lead to chaos or anarchy in the State.
He applauds governor Gboyega Oyetola for taking a proactive action on the security issue in the State, he also commended the security agency, Amotekun, Police, DSS and Army for taking necessary action in tackling the security challenges in the State.
