The Honourable representing Osogbo State Constituency in the Osun State House of Assembly and also the Chairman House Committee on Works and Transport, Hon. Engr Taofeek Olatunde Badmus, on Monday night paid a courtesy visit to G-15 group shasha Oke-Baale Osogbo.
While welcoming the Honourable member, the leader of the group, Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe, the Otun Babaloja of Sasa Market Oke-Baale and Osun State Chairman of Prayer Warrior, applauded the Honourable member for his commitment and dedication in representing the Constituency well in the house of assembly which has brought a lot developmental projects to the town withing a short time, he also appreciate Hon Taofeek for his prompt response anytime the people he representing needs his attention, he promised their unalloyed support for the second term ambition of governor Gboyega Oyetola.
According to him, "You are good representative to us in Osogbo, your stay in the house of assembly has brought a lot of developmental projects to the state capital, despite the paucity of fund experience by the present administration the work is going on in some areas in the town and we believe it will not stop because you are the architect of the projects with the support of the people's Governor of the state, Governor Gboyega Oyetola, I must commend governor Gboyega Oyetola for his bravery in developing the State without listening to distraction from the wailers, he urged the people of the state not to relent in supporting the administration of Governor Gboyega Oyetola in order to take the state to a greater heights in no distant time." Efe said.
He also applauded the Honourable member for always seek advise from the Ataoja of Osogbo, HRM Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Abidemi Olanipekun (Larooye II) before carryout his assignment, Chief Efe declared that Hon Taofeek Badmus is now a member of the group because of his contributions to the developments and progress of Osogbo and it's environs.
The Chairman of the group, Hon Adekola Taofeek, appreciate the Honourable member for finding the group worthy to visit, he described Hon Badmus as a man of the people and a grassroot politician who never underrated anybody, "Hon Taofeek Badmus always treat people equally without biased.", Adekola promised unalloyed support of the group to the administration of Governor Gboyega Oyetola and the All Progressive Congress.
In his response, Hon. Taofeek Badmus, thank the group for the reception, he commended the leaders of the group for their zeal in running the affairs of the group, he promised to assist the group in any forms and urged the group to start canvassing and mobilize for the re-election of Governor Gboyega Oyetola on 16th of July, 2022 because that is what is germane to him presently, he also promised to look into the demands of the group in fixing some roads and bridges in the town.
