A community leader and Otun Babaloja of Sasa Market Osogbo, Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe, has applauded the Executive Governor of Osun State, Mr. Adegboyega Oyetola on the dredging of Sasa drainage, ahead of the rainy season to ensure the safety of lives and properties of residents and market men and women in the area.
The excavator was brought to dredge the drainage to prevent flooding during the rainy season.
Kamarudeen speaks further that, he appreciated the state government under the leadership of Governor Gboyega Oyetola for taking a proactive step to rescue them from flooding.
He maintained that they are always in Panic whenever the rainy season is around, due to what they encountered last year, but for the quick intervention of SSA to the governor on Commerce and Market Development, Hon Okunade Akeem(Samanja), and the Special Adviser on Environment, Hon Rufus Oyegbile ahead of the rainy season, they are assured that there will be no flooding in this year rainy season.
Alhaji Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe prayed for the successful tenure of Governor Gboyega Oyetola and also promised to garner support and vote for the re-election bid of Governor Gboyega Oyetola on July 16th, 2022.
