Badmus expresses sadness over death of Baba Wale Lasisi



The Honourable Commissioner for Special Duties and Regional Integration in Osun State, Engr Olalekan Badmus, has described the death of the foremost community leader, Alhaji Wale Lasisi, as a collosal loss to Osogbo town,  in particular, and Osun State, in general. 


Engr Badmus made this statement today when expressing his grief over the passage of the former Chairman of Osogbo Local Government.  


Badmus described the deceased as a noble, patriotic and selfless leader who contributed substantially to the growth of the state, as an educationist and a former Chairman of Osun State Civil Service Commission.


According to Badmus, "Baba Lasisi was a diligent, honest and exemplary grassroots politician and leader who used his social capital and deeply enamoured personality to work for our great party, the All Progressives Congress, APC. We will miss him greatly."


Badmus prayed for the soul of the departed octogenarian and asked God to grant the family, political associates and everyone linked to him the stamina to bear the big loss.
