The All Progressives Congress Switzerland Chapter Chairman, His Excellency Adebayo Alfonso has congratulated the newly elected president of the federal republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his remarkable victory in the just concluded Presidential Election.
This was contained in a congratulatory statement made available to the newsmen on Thursday, he described Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu emergence as a victory for all.
Alfonso said the emergence of Tinubu has indeed rekindled the masses' hope for a new Nigeria towards the actualisation of the mantra of Renewed Hope.
Alfonso added: "We are highly elated. You can see the Nigerian masses home and in Diaspora that thronged out en masse to celebrate the victory of our political icon, the political generalissimo in politics, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who has weathered the storm of the political terrains of Nigeria and has succeeded in bringing presidency to the southwest.
"His emergence means progress, development and alleviation of poverty because this is a man that had done it in a particular part of the country and we know that he will spread the prosperity across the country.
"As a fellow old boy of Children's Home School Ibadan, I have always followed his leadership."
He appreciated the good people of Nigeria for their unflinching support all along, saying Tinubu's emergence is a victory for all.
