APC-CDC Cautions Illegal Congress Organizers in Diaspora Chapters

 

It has come to our attention that some individuals who are attempting to factionalize our party  and create separate group outside of the authentic and recognised chapter in London UK, recently conducted an unconstitutional congress. 

We must warn you that such actions are not only illegal but also undermine the Constitition of our party APC. 

We urge all members to refrain from engaging in such divisive behavior.Factionalism only serves to weaken our collective efforts and dilute our impact.

It is important to note that any activities deemed unconstitutional and carried out by any group of individuals in any of the Diaspora APC chapters are considered a violation of the law, and those involved may face legal consequences. 

As responsible members of society, we strongly advise you to refrain from any further unconstitutional activities and adhere to the laws and regulations governing our pary.

 We believe that political activities must be carried out within the framework of the law and in accordance with our party constittion. 

The authorities in the UK take a strong stance against illegal activities, and the consequences of violating their laws can be severe. 

Moreover, conducting unconstitutional congresses is not only against the rules of our party APC but it is also a breach of the democratic process.

We strongly advise you to reconsider your actions and work within the legal and constitutional framework of the party. 

We implore all individuals to respect the authority of the authentic and recognized chapter led by Hon Tunde Doherty.  

Let us focus on promoting the ideals and values of our party, and not on creating unnecessary divisions.

We must remember that our party is built on the principles of unity, progress, and development. 

We cannot achieve these goals by your actions, trying to divide and work against the authentic structure in place Instead, we should focus on building bridges and fostering dialogue to ensure that our party is stronger and better able to serve the needs of our community.
