Benedict Alabi Sympathizes With The Of Ikire Over Flooding

The former Deputy Governor of Osun State, Mr. Benedict Alabi has sympathize with the residents of Ikire in Irewole Local Government of Osun State over the flood that destroyed their properties.

It's saddening to learn about the ugly incident of flood that ravaged Naira and Kobo area of our town Ikire and rendered the people homeless. It's painful this had to happen at this time and I honestly sympathize with the victims, their relatives and my people from Ikire.

Obviously, this is one of the responsibilities of the government and I hope the agency concerned takes immediate action in this respect.

We are making arrangements to enumerate those that are affected, to enable us ameliorate their losses.

I pray we find a way out of this dark moment as soon as possible to enable our people return to their normal lives.
