A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress in Ife South, Hon. Akeem Arigbabuwo has congratulated former Osun State Governor Alhaji Adegboyega Isiaka Oyetola on his appointment as minister of Marine and Blue Economy.
This was contained in a statement issued by him yesterday in Osogbo and made available to the newsmen, he described Oyetola's appointment as a round peg in a round hole.
Oyetola, an economist and former Governor of Osun State served the state tremendously.
Arigbabuwo described the appointment of Oyetola as well-deserved, thanking the president for allowing him to contribute to nation-building.
“His very rich resumes and track records speak for him and I congratulate him on his new assignment while thanking Mr. President for allowing him to contribute to nation-building at this critical moment of national development,” he said.
