A philanthropist who is always concerned about the welfare of the ages and widows in society, Dr. Gbenga Olowu today distributes foodstuff and money to some selected widows in Osogbo.
The motive of the donor is to assist the widows in feeding and taking care of them in cash and kind.
He also used the occasion to appreciate God for protecting his father who will be marking his 70th birthday on Saturday 3r February, 2023.
The representative of the donor, Evang. Matilda Farinde, President of Brave Women Progressive Association, applauds the donor for his kind gesture towards the ages and widows in the society, she asserted that Dr. Gbenga Olowu values ages and widows in the society which is why he always reached out to them.
She urged other people in the society to emulate the gesture of Gbenga Olowu to make the society a better place to live for the ages and widows so they not be in deep thought after losing their husbands.
She prayed to God to continue to elevate the donor for him to be able to contribute more to the lives of the ages and widows in society.
The widows who received the food stuff and money appreciate Dr. Gbenga Olowu for his kind gesture towards them, they prayed to God to continue to elevate him higher.
