Leaders of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) in Odo Otin North Local Government Area have thrown their weight behind the nomination process of the party's Chairmanship candidate ahead of the local government elections in Osun State, as they expressed delight over the emergence of Surveyor Oluseyi Oke as the party's chairmanship candidate.
The APC leaders made their position known during a courtesy visit to the Inisa residence of an Elderstateman, Alhaji Shuaib Oyedokun.
They also visited Akinrogun Poju Odusola, where they reiterated their support for the nomination process.
The leaders described the nomination process as such that gave room for transparency and openness, adding that the process was such that indicated the party's readiness for the local government poll.
According to the leaders, the Committee set up to oversee the nomination process did very well and justified the confidence reposed in them by members of the party.
However, they appealed to aggrieved members of the APC in Odo Otin to put their grievances aside and work towards ensuring that the party emerge victorious in the forthcoming local government election.
Odo Otin North areas include Ila Odo, Ijabe, Igbotele, Alapata, Konta, Ashi, Asaba, Oyan, other towns and villages.
Meanwhile, the Vice Chairmanship Candidate, Hon Abayomi Keji Adele who hails from Inisa ward 13 (Jagun Osi/Baale Ode) also paid a visit to Alhaji Shuaib Oyedokun in the company of his ward executives and other stakeholders.
