The Acting State Controller of the Federal Fire Service, Osun State Command, Chief Superintendent of Fire (CSF) Isaac F. A., has praised the Corps Commander of Osun Amotekun Corps, Dr. Hon. Omoyele Isaac Adekunle, for his open-mindedness and attentiveness to the concerns and suggestions of others.
CSF Isaac made this commendation during a courtesy visit to the Amotekun Headquarters in Osogbo, accompanied by other senior officers from the Fire Service.
During the visit, CSF Isaac F.A. expressed his admiration for Dr. Hon. Omoyele Isaac Adekunle's ability to listen to all viewpoints and his commitment to fostering inter-agency cooperation in the pursuit of security for the state. He emphasized the critical role that collaboration between security agencies plays in ensuring public safety, highlighting how the Osun Amotekun Corps, under the leadership of Dr. Omoyele, has contributed significantly to the safety and security of Osun State.
CSF Isaac remarked, “The Osun Amotekun Corps is fortunate to have someone like Dr. Hon. Omoyele Isaac Adekunle leading the charge. He has always been receptive to dialogue, and I have found him to be very accommodating whenever there is a need to meet or discuss important matters. The importance of inter-agency collaboration cannot be overstated, and Dr. Omoyele has proven himself to be a reliable partner in this regard. His efforts in fostering synergy among security agencies are commendable and essential in tackling crime effectively."
In his response, Dr. Hon. Omoyele Isaac Adekunle expressed his gratitude to the Acting State Controller of the Federal Fire Service for the visit and the praise. He reiterated his readiness and commitment to continue working closely with all security agencies in the state to combat crime and ensure the safety of all residents.
"Since assuming office, I have been fortunate to receive numerous security agencies expressing their willingness to collaborate with the Osun Amotekun Corps. We are fully committed to working together with these agencies to tackle crime across the state and ensure the well-being of our communities," Dr. Omoyele said.
Furthermore, Commander Olusoji Akanni, the Field Commander of Osun Amotekun Corps, also expressed his appreciation for the visit and support from the Federal Fire Service. He reassured the Acting State Controller and other Fire Service officers of the Osun Amotekun Corps’ unwavering dedication to combating crime in the state.
“We remain steadfast in our mission to ensure the safety of the people of Osun State. This collaboration is vital in achieving our shared goals of security and peace,” he stated.
