Ex-Council Boss Funmilayo Olasehinde Appointed to the Governing Board of Nigerian Shippers’ Council ...Expresses Gratitude to President Tinubu, Oyetola, Lawal, APC Osun Leaders for the Opportunity to Serve


The Former Chairman of Ifedayo Local Government Area and seasoned public servant, Hon. Funmilayo Olasehinde, has been appointed as a Member of the Governing Board of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in a move widely seen as a recognition of her outstanding track record and commitment to public service.

In a statement issued to the press on Monday, Hon. Olasehinde expressed profound gratitude to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for approving her nomination. She also extended her heartfelt appreciation to the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola, for his role in facilitating her nomination and for his unflinching support and confidence in her abilities.

“This appointment is a great honour and a significant responsibility,” she said. “I deeply appreciate President Tinubu for finding me worthy of this national call to service. I am especially grateful to Minister Oyetola for nominating me and for his continued trust in my capacity to contribute meaningfully to national development.”

Hon.
