Yesterday, I joined forces with our National Treasurer and fellow OSPAA members to celebrate a remarkable milestone, the commissioning of Bass 99.3 FM Osogbo, situated at Alatori/Aganga Junction, Ota-Efun, Osogbo, on September 16, 2025. The presence of distinguished guests, including His Excellency, the Governor of Osun State, highlights the impact your radio station is poised to have on our community.
We are celebrating our distinguished brother, Oluwaseun S. Ekundayo-Salawudeen, aka DJ Bassman, a media proprietor, event DJ, and entrepreneur.
As the CEO of Bass 99.3 FM Osogbo, you're a trailblazer, being the first DJ to own a radio station in Osun State, and possibly beyond. Your past experience as a former in-house DJ at Rave 91.7fm Osogbo, TV presenter with NTA Osogbo and OSBC Radio & TV, and official DJ for notable leaders like Governor Ademola Adeleke and Rauf Aregbesola, has prepared you well for this achievement.
Your station will be a hub for entertainment, information, and enlightenment. We're praying for its success and growth.
