A young woman has been handed over to the police after being stripped, beaten, and interrogated by residents for allegedly stabbing a client identified simply as Jeff in the Igwurita area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
In viral videos circulating online, the lady who described herself as a runs girl was seen narrating how the incident occurred inside an apartment where she had gone to meet the victim. The clips show blood stains splattered across the bedroom walls, bed, and floor, while a background voice in one of the videos confirmed that the injured client had already been rushed to the hospital. His current condition remains unknown.
According to the suspect, she was contacted by another client named Victor, who allegedly instructed her to accompany Jeff home and later kill him. She claimed Victor promised her ₦2 million to fund medical treatment for her sick sister, whom she alleged he was “holding” while manipulating her with threats and promises.
Narrating further, the young woman said she had been engaging in transactional sex to raise money because she and her sister had lost both parents. She insisted that she felt she had no choice but to act as instructed in order to save her sister.
Another distressing clip showed the suspect completely naked while several men off camera interrogated and flogged her repeatedly before handing her over to security operatives.
