Alubarika Movement Holds New Year Prayer in Osun



Stakeholders and members of the Alubarika Movement in Osun State on Tuesday held a New Year special prayer session at the Alubarika House in Osogbo.


The prayer meeting, which was well attended by stakeholders, team leaders, and members of the management team from across the state, was interdenominational and focused on committing the new year to God. 


Participants also offered thanksgiving for safety and progress recorded in previous years and sought divine guidance for the year ahead.












Special prayers were offered for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR), elder statesman and former governor of Osun State, Chief Adebisi Akande, former governor and Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Alhaji Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola, and the founder of the Alubarika Movement, Distinguished Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, PhD.


The prayer session was led by Venerable Fayemi, Ustaz Nureni Akorede, and Evangelist Festus Akanbi.


In his remarks, a former Deputy Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Akintunde Adegboye stressed the importance of prayer to the success and sustainability of the movement, noting that spiritual support was essential for the effective leadership of the party by its principal, Dr. Ajibola Basiru.


In his closing remarks, the Chairman of the Alubarika Movement, Alhaji Kehinde Olamolu, commended leaders and members across the state for their commitment to the organisation. 


He also offered prayers for the continued growth of the movement, the success of its principal, and the progress of the party.
