The Executive Member of the Osun State Internal Revenue Service(OIRS), Hon. Prince Bola Oyebowale, FCA, ACTI, MMP, has lauded the Executive Governor of Osun State, His Excellency, Asiwaju Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, for the formal issuance of appointment letters to newly recruited teachers across the state.
Hon. Oyebowale described the governor’s action as a clear demonstration of his administration’s unwavering commitment to strengthening the education sector and improving the welfare of citizens. According to him, the recruitment and formal engagement of qualified teachers will significantly enhance the quality of education delivery in public schools and further reposition the sector for sustainable growth.
He praised Governor Adeleke as “a round peg in a round hole,” noting that the governor has continued to justify the confidence reposed in him by the people of Osun State through people-oriented policies and impactful governance. Hon. Oyebowale emphasized that the current administration has brought visible development across key sectors, particularly education, infrastructure, workers’ welfare, and social services.
“Governor Ademola Adeleke has proven himself as a leader who is genuinely committed to the progress and prosperity of Osun State. His passion for good governance and inclusive development is evident in his policies and actions,” Oyebowale stated.
He further expressed confidence that the governor deserves a second term in office to consolidate on the achievements recorded so far and to enable the people of Osun State to continue enjoying the dividends of democracy under his leadership.
Hon. Oyebowale also advised members of the opposition who have continued to criticize the administration to redirect their energy to more productive ventures. He stressed that the performance of the Adeleke-led government has earned it the trust and support of the people, adding that “there is no vacancy at the Government Secretariat, Abere,” ahead of the August 8, 2026 gubernatorial election.
He concluded by reaffirming his support for Governor Adeleke and called on stakeholders and citizens of the state to remain steadfast in supporting the administration’s vision for a more prosperous Osun State.
