The leadership and entire membership of the ALUBARIKA Movement express our deepest gratitude to Osun State University, particularly the College of Law, Osun State University, for the remarkable honour bestowed upon our Principal, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, Ph.D., BL, during the Distinguished Personality Lecture. We sincerely appreciate the warm reception, intellectual engagement, and recognition accorded him in acknowledgement of his contributions to democratic governance, national development, and the rule of law. Our special appreciation goes to the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye, the distinguished Provost of the College of Law, Professor Mojeed Olujinmi Alabi, the Students’ Union leadership, the academic staff, and the entire university community for their outstanding organisation and hospitality.
We also respectfully acknowledge the presence and goodwill of the revered King of Ifetedo, HRM Oba Akinola Oyetade Akinrera Latiiri I, traditional leaders, and all dignitaries whose support added prestige and cultural depth to the occasion. The ALUBARIKA Movement extends sincere appreciation to the entire National Working Committee of All Progressives Congress ably led by the National Deputy Chairman North,Dr. Ali Bukar Dalori, for their steadfast leadership and encouragement, as well as the Osun State chapter of the party ably represented by the Secretary , Alhaji Kamorudeen Alao, and our gubernatorial candidate , Alhaji Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, for their continued commitment to progressive governance. We further recognise and appreciate the support and solidarity of the Executive Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa.

This honour reflects not only the personal accomplishments of Senator Basiru but also the collective ideals of service, intellectual excellence, and public responsibility which ALUBARIKA Movement proudly upholds. We remain grateful to all institutions, leaders, and stakeholders who made the occasion memorable, impactful, and befitting of its academic and national significance. We pray for continued progress, fruitful partnerships, and greater milestones for all involved.
