I once had a sweet r£v£nge on a guy who sc@mm£d my POS sales girl ₦100,000.One day, a guy came to our POS stand and did a ₦100,000 transfer for cash. No alert came in, but he started shouting that he had already been debited. My sales girl got pressured and released the ₦100,000 cash to him.
She collected his phone number and account number, but the account number he gave was 9 digits instead of 10. She didn’t notice but luckily, it was the last number missing. I was in the shop when someone came to deposit ₦80,000. I checked the account name and lol and behold… OTOKITI ODUNAYO BABATUNDE.The same guy who sc@mm£d my girl. I told my salesgirl to tell the customer “network is bad, we will post it later.” One hour later the lady came back that the money had not entered.I asked the lady to call the account owner. When he picked up, I collected the phone and said: “Odunayo, This is the POS shop you st©le ₦100,000 from.” He went completely silent and dropped the call. That day, we recovered ₦80,000 out of the ₦100,000. And you know the sweetest part? He might have needed that ₦80,000 more than the ₦100,000 he st©le from us
