ALHAJI (HON.) MANSUR OLADIMEJI TIJANI (MOTIJ) organized the 3rd Annual Ramadan Lecture in remembrance of his late grandfather, ALHAJI AYINLA TIJANI. The event was held on February 28th, 2026, at Agboja Compound, Ede, Osun State, Nigeria.
The Annual Ramadan Lecture was deeply focused on Legacy After Death and the Transformative Power of Ramadan.
The first lecture was delivered by Sheikh Surajudeen Akorede Arinbo (AL-MUASIS), who emphasized that Ramadan is a time to build a legacy that outlives our breath and to plant the seeds of ongoing charity so that our righteous deeds will continue to bear fruit even after we have returned to Allah.
The second lecture was delivered by Imam Olaniran Sherifdeen (ATESIRIFY). His lecture reflected on the significance of Ramadan and its transformative power in personal and societal development.
In addition, Sheikh Mahbub Adekilekun (AL-ADABIYY) led a special prayer for the late grandfather and all departed souls in Agboja’s dynasty. He also prayed for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR), His Excellency Adegboyega Oyetola (Minister of Marine and Blue Economy), the National Secretary of APC, Senator Ajibola Basiru (SRJ ALUBARIKA), the APC Governorship candidate, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), and all members of the All Progressives Congress across the nation.
The event featured prominent political leaders and stakeholders from across the state. Also present were the state officers and Apex Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ede North Local Government, Dr. Oyewale Muftau Royal; the APC Chairman of Ede North Local Government, Alhaji Rasaq Adesina; Alhaji Adeniyi; Alhaji Sikiru Babson; Alhaji Akeem Adewolu; General Adewinbi, represented by his DG, Dr. Tiramiyu Bello; Hon. Azeem Adebowale; Engr. Dr. Majeed Oluogun; Hon. Imran Mojeed (OSAMA); Hon. Ajani Gahfar Ayodeji; councillors, supervisors, special assistants (SAs), executive assistants (EAs) from Ede North LGA, ward chairmen, youth leaders, women leaders, and other party stakeholders and members.
The program concluded with the distribution of Ramadan packages to attendees, demonstrating the commitment of Alhaji Mansur Oladimeji Tijani to the welfare, generosity, and well-being of the people of Ede North Constituency. Thousands of beneficiaries returned home with gratitude and smiles on their faces.
