It was a moment of joy, culture, and celebration as Tobiloba Nurudeen Badmus, son of the late Ex-Asiwaju of Osogboland, Chief Ajadi Badmus, exchanged marital vows with his longtime partner, Asmau, in a vibrant and well-attended wedding ceremony held at Hillside Hall, Abuja.
The groom, who hails from the distinguished Ayogun family of Osogboland, united with his bride, a proud daughter of Igbira, Kogi State, in an event that drew dignitaries, family members, and well-wishers from across Nigeria. The ceremony was marked by elegance, tradition, and a strong display of unity between both families and their communities.
The colourful celebration witnessed the presence of eminent personalities and respected leaders, reflecting the high regard in which the families are held. Guests traveled from Osogbo and beyond to honor the legacy of the late Chief Ajadi Badmus and to celebrate the new union.
Speaking with Idealplusgist Correspondent at the event, Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe congratulated the couple on their successful journey to matrimony. He described the occasion as a proud moment for both families, commending the couple for upholding family values and honoring their heritage.
He noted that the late Chief Ajadi Badmus left behind a legacy of development and progress in Osogboland, which continues to inspire admiration and loyalty among the people. According to him, this enduring legacy was evident in the large turnout of guests who came to celebrate with the Ayogun family and to support the Asiwaju Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo, and Delta State, Alhaji Khamis Tunde Badmus.
