The Executive Director of Marine and Operations at the Nigeria Port Authority (NPA), Engr. Olalekan Abdulrahman Badmus, FNSE, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Christians nationwide on the occasion of Easter.
In a message made available to journalists in Osogbo on Sunday, Engr. Badmus described Easter as a period of reflection, renewal, and spiritual rejuvenation. He urged citizens to embrace the core values of love, unity, and compassion that the season represents.
While acknowledging the importance of spiritual reflection, Engr. Badmus also encouraged the people of Osun State to actively participate in the forthcoming gubernatorial election scheduled for August 15, 2026.
He expressed his support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji, and his running mate, Aree Benjamin Kayode Adereti, emphasizing that their leadership would usher in good governance, development, and socio-economic progress for the state.
Engr. Badmus concluded his message by wishing all Christians a joyful and peaceful Easter celebration filled with hope, faith, and renewed commitment to community service.
