A leader of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State and a respected health practitioner, Hon. Prof. Siji Olamiju, popularly known as Akol, has felicitated with Muslim faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
Olamiju urged Muslims to emulate the teachings of Prophet Muhammad by promoting peace, love, sacrifice, and unity in society, stressing that peaceful coexistence remains vital for the progress and development of the nation.
The former cabinet member in charge of public health during the administration of former Governor Gboyega Oyetola also appealed to the people of Osun State to align with the government at the center by supporting and voting for Asiwaju Munirudeen, assuring them that such support would attract greater benefits and development to the state.
He further called on Nigerians to continue praying and supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, expressing confidence in the President’s ability to restore Nigeria’s lost glory and ensure that citizens enjoy the dividends of democracy through the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Olamiju wished all Muslim faithful a peaceful, joyful, and memorable Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
