The Asiwaju of Osogboland, Rtd. Justice Moshud Adekunle Adeigbe, has congratulated the Governor of Osun State, Asiwaju Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke, on his resounding victory in the gubernatorial election held on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
In a congratulatory message, Rtd. Justice Adeigbe described Governor Adeleke’s re-election as a reflection of the confidence and trust reposed in his leadership by the people of Osun State.
He commended the Governor for his commitment to the development of the state and expressed optimism that his second term would bring greater progress, unity, prosperity, and improved well-being to the people of Osun.
According to him, the outcome of the election is not only a victory for Governor Adeleke and his supporters but also an opportunity to consolidate the achievements recorded during his first tenure and advance the state’s development agenda.
The Asiwaju of Osogboland urged all stakeholders, political leaders, and citizens of Osun State to unite behind the Governor and work collectively towards building a more peaceful, prosperous, and progressive state.
Rtd. Justice Adeigbe further prayed for wisdom, good health, and divine guidance for Governor Adeleke as he prepares to commence his second term in office, assuring him of his goodwill and support for initiatives that promote the growth and development of Osun State.
