Amotekun apprehends a notorious house burglar in Osun

A notorious house burglar Ajibola Lateef has been apprehended by the operatives of Osun Western security network coded as "Amotekun" at Asamu in Ola-Oluwa local government of osun state, the house burglar who has been terrorizing the two town in the local government, Asamu and Telemu with charms and other dangerous weapon, the leaopard against him when Amotekun was contacted by one of the residents of the town when he wanted to perpetrate his evil act, he was caught by Amotekun and has been handed over to the nearest police station.


He was arrested when he is trying to sneak into the house of one of the residents of Asamu when the leopard against him.


Amitolu Shittu, the field commander of Osun Amotekun Corps, confirmed the incident, saying in an investigation that Lateef had confessed to the crime.


Amitolu further said that the suspects were handed over to the nearest po


lice station which is investigating the crime.


According to him, "He was arrested by the operatives of Amotekun after receiving distress call from the residents of the town. He later confessed to the crime.


"He told us he has been terrorizing the two town in the local government, Asamu and Telemu with charms and dangerous weapon and he do take away all their belongings and also involved in stealing wires and cables." Amitolu Shittu said.
