From his early days as a Youth Leader aspirant, Alhaji Tajudeen Lawal showcased a remarkable level of discipline and loyalty, even when faced with setbacks. Despite being denied the position, he remained steadfast in his commitment to the party, embodying the spirit of party supremacy and loyalty. This tenacity and dedication have paved the way for his eventual rise to the position of State Chairman, where he continues to serve with distinction.

Alhaji Tajudeen Lawal’s decision to resign as a cabinet member during the administration of His Excellency, Alhaji Isiaka Adegboyega Oyetola was met with mixed reactions. Some viewed it as a misstep, considering he left a prestigious position for what many perceived as a thankless party work. However, his vision for a united party has proven to be a strategic and wise move. His relentless efforts towards fostering unity and cohesion within the APC are now reaping significant rewards, affirming the party's strength and solidarity under his leadership.
