APC Chieftain Shuaib Oyedokun Felicitates Mayegun Debo Badru, Attends Daughter's Nikkah Ceremony In Iwo

An Elder Stateman and a respected member of the All Progressives Congress APC in Osun State, Alhaji Shuaib Afolabi Oyedokun on Thursday, 13th June, 2024 travelled to Iwo to attend the nikkah ceremony of Mariam Eniola, the daughter of the Mayegun of Iwo land, Alhaji Debo Badru.


Alhaji Oyedokun, who also doubles as the Oluomo of Inisa land attended the event as Mariam tied the known with her heartrob, Kazeem Adeyemi.


According to a statement signed by a member of the APC in Odo Otin, Prince Adeniran Kilomodemo Ibitoye also known as KLM, Alhaji Debo Badru was a one-time Chairman of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Iwo local government and later became a Special Adviser to Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola during his tenure as the Governor of the State. 



The Oluomo of Inisa prayed for the couple as he advised them to make prayer, understanding, and respect for each other their watchwords.


"There is no automatic shortcut to a successful home. Both of you need to put God at the centre of your affairs and I pray that yours shall be a blissful home."


The ceremony was attended by the dignitaries in the society which included royal fathers, Islamic clerics, political leaders and many others.
