Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe congratulates Ataoja of Osogbo on Annual Egungun Festival

As Osogbo annual Egungun Festival began on Sunday 2nd, June 2024, the Otun Babaloja of Sasa Market Oke-baale Osogbo and State Chairman of Prayer Warrior, Alhaji Chief Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe has congratulated the ataoja of Osogbo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Jimoh Oyetunji Abidemi Olanipekun (Larooye II) on the annual Egungun Festival which is one of the processes of showing that the annual Osun Osogbo festival is around the corner, the festival which comprises all Egungun in all compound's in Osogbo will perform by dancing for the king and received royal blessings from the king before moving to town to show their skills to the people.


Kamarudeen Yusuf Efe urges the residents of the state especially youths to give peace a chance and they should contact the government for consultation before taking any action that can lead to chaos or anarchy in the State.


He applauded the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke for taking proactive action on the security issue in Osogbo and the State generally, he also commended the security agency, Amotekun, Police, DSS, NSCDC, and Army for taking necessary action in tackling the security challenges in the State.
