Three Goodheart Foundation distributes educational materials to Ifa Students in Osun
Well-to-do individuals and Corporate bodies have been reminded of the need to always help the needy and the less privileged, as a major way to make life worth living for all and sundry.
Balogun Sango of the United States of America, Chief Oguntolu Akinlana, stated this during an event where the Three Good Hearts Foundation, in conjunction with the African Craft Shop, distributed school bags to all the pupils of Community Primary School, Masifa-Ile, Ejigbo local government area of Osun State.
The foundation, founded by Chief Oguntolu Akinlana from the US, Mr Adebayo Muritala in Nigeria and Abdulrasheed Sani from Ghana, provided pupils of the school with bags, in continuation of their educational intervention at the grassroots.
Foremost activist and Jagunmolu of Owu-Ile Kingdom, Comrade Amitolu Shittu, who represented Chief Oguntolu Akinlana, praised the efforts of the founders of the Non-Governmental Organization, for deeming it fit to ease learning process and promote the cultural heritage of Yoruba; urging parents to take good care of the needs of their children and always encourage them to be their best version.
In his goodwill message, one of the founders of the Three Goodhearts Foundation, Mr Adebayo Muritala, said the motive is to give back to the community and urged the well-to-do in the society to ensure they give back to the society, as one of the major ways to grow as a nation.
The headmistress of Community Primary School, Masifa-ile, Mrs Faleke, who expressed gratitude to the foundation for their constant kind gestures towards the school at all times; recalled that the NGO had earlier provided their pupils with Textbooks, Exercise Books, Writing Materials, School Sandals and monetary gifts, noting that the gesture has eased the learning process and equally motivated more parents to enroll their children in the school.
Community Primary School, Masifa-ile, in Ejigbo Local Government is the only school that teaches Ifa as a subject in the entire Osun State, which prompted the Balogun Sango of America, Chief Oguntolu Akinlana and the entire members of the NGO to embark on the time-to-time intervention.
