Comrade Raheem Isiaka Abake Akorede (Osinbajo), the newly inaugurated Assistant General Secretary, Osogbo Progressive Union (OPU Home Branch) is from the Fajumo Compound of Osogbo, the Osun State Capital.
Comrade Akorede is a certified teacher, property consultant, an activist ,Founder of the RIAA-F foundation, a charity organisation providing aid and support to people, a former councillorship aspirant from Ward 09 in Osogbo Local Government in Osun state as well as a former Assistant General Secretary of the Community Development Council (CDC), Osogbo Local Government.
He is a philanthropist, a teacher par excellence, a lover of men and the good in humanity. He takes distinguishing pride in seeing others excel and motivates the younger generation to do well for themselves and the society at large.
Abake-Korede is a family man, with imprints in the lives of many.
