The President of Brave Women Progressive Association Worldwide, Evang Matilda Farinde, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nigeria, Sen. Ajibola Basiru, on his recent appointment as the Asiwaju Musulumi of Osun State.
In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen in Osogbo, Evang Farinde expressed her profound joy and pride in Sen. Basiru’s well-deserved recognition. She commended his exceptional leadership qualities, deep commitment to the development of Osun State, and his consistent dedication to the service of his people, both as a Senator and as a respected leader in the Muslim community.
Evang Farinde remarked, "Sen. Evang Farinde also encouraged the newly appointed Asiwaju Musulumi to continue his efforts towards promoting harmony, empowerment, and inclusivity, particularly among women and youth, who play pivotal roles in the development of the nation.
