Iludun Community Osogbo Held New Year Prayer to Usher In 2025... Appreciate Gov. Adeleke For Completed East Bye Pass Road ...Urges Governor to provide road sign along the road to prevent accident and stop those plying one way.


The Iludun Community in Osogbo on Saturday held Annual New Year prayers to usher in 2025.


In his sermon,the pastor of Redeemed Christian Church of God in Iludun urged the people of Iludun to a good neighbor to those living around them as stated in Matthew 22 verse 25 and they must be able to assist one another. He said they should not relent in praying for the peace and tranquility in the community. 

In another sermon by the Chief Imam of Iludun Community, he said there should be love among residents of the community which will make their prayers be answered immediately. He urged the Chiefs of the community to corporate with their Baale. They  later prayed for peace in Nigeria, Osun State, Osogbo, Iludun Community, Ataoja of Osogbo, his chiefs, Governor Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke and his cabinet members,they also prayed for more progress and development for Iludun Community.




In his remarks, the Baale of Iludun Community, Chief Afolabi Keji, appreciate the people of Iludun Community for come out en masse to attend the Annual New year prayer and he also appreciate the Chiefs of the community for stand by him. He prayed for more progress and development in the Community. he said he and his chiefs has met with the Special Adviser to Osun State Governor on Political Matter, Alhaji Muniru Raji on the construction of road in the community which he directed them to Osogbo Local Government as the handler of the community road and he has been in touch with them and he has also write a letter to Member of the House of Representatives representing Osogbo Federal Constituency, Hon. Adebayo Gangaria and the Senator Representing Osun Central, Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Ajagunnla on the contributions of road in the community and provision of solar lights and other amenities in the community to enjoy the dividend of democracy. Chief Keji also urged the Osun State Governor Senator Asiwaju Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke to fulfill his promises made during the unveiling of the new constructed East Bye Pass Road that pass through Iludun Community to provide Road sign to prevent accident and to curb those plying one way, he should also bring traffic warden to direct motorist and motorcyclist plying the area. He appreciates the Governor for completed the East Bye Pass which has been abandoned by the previous Government and installed solar street lights to the area.
