The Corps Commander of the Osun Amotekun Corps, Dr. Hon. Adekunle Isaac Omoyele, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Muslim residents of Osun State as the sacred month of Ramadan begins. In his message, Dr. Omoyele encourages the Muslim faithful to use this auspicious period not only for spiritual reflection and growth but also as an opportunity to intensify their prayers for lasting peace and harmonious coexistence within the state.
The Corps Commander, in a statement made available to newsmen in Osogbo, expressed his sincere best wishes to Muslims across the state. He emphasized that Ramadan, a time for self-discipline, prayer, and charity, offers a unique opportunity for everyone to strengthen their commitment to peaceful living, mutual respect, and unity, which are essential for the continued development and stability of the state.
Dr. Omoyele further highlighted that as Ramadan marks a time of self-reflection, Muslims are reminded of the importance of peace, compassion, and understanding in their daily interactions with others. He called on all residents of Osun State, irrespective of their faith, to join in fostering an environment where unity and peace reign, ensuring the prosperity of all.
