The Alubarika Movement extends its heartfelt condolences to our Principal, Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, on the passing of his beloved mother, Alhaja Sidikat Basiru, who peacefully departed this life at the age of 92 years. We received the news of her demise with deep sorrow, recognizing it as a painful loss not only to the Basiru family but also to everyone whose lives she touched during her remarkable lifetime.
Alhaja Sidikat Basiru lived an exemplary life defined by humility, compassion, wisdom, and unwavering devotion to family and community. As a loving mother and respected matriarch, her values, guidance, and sacrifices played a significant role in shaping lives and inspiring those around her. Her legacy remains a source of pride to her family and a lasting testament to a life of purpose, dignity, and fulfillment.
The entire Alubarika Movement stands in solidarity with our Principal, Senator Surajudeen Ajibola Basiru, Ph.D., the entire Basiru family, and all loved ones grieving this painful loss. At moments such as this, words may not fully heal the pain of separation, but sincere sympathy, prayers, and shared faith provide strength and comfort to the bereaved during this difficult period.
