APC leader and candidate in the House of Representatives Ifelodun, Boripe and Odo-Otin (IBO) Federal Constituency, Alhaji Adegboyega Basheer Bello (BABS), has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Ajibola Basiru, over the passing of his beloved mother, Alhaja Sidikatu Abake Basiru.
In a statement released through the Ifelodun, Boripe and Odo-Otin Federal Constituency Grassroots Mobilisation, BABS described Mama's death as a colossal loss not only to the Basiru family but also to the APC family and all those whose lives she touched.
According to him, Alhaja Sidikatu Abake Basiru lived a fulfilled and exemplary life, dedicating herself to the service of humanity and positively impacting countless people through her kindness, wisdom, and generosity.
BABS noted that Mama's passing is particularly painful at a time when her motherly counsel, prayers, and guidance were still greatly needed. He urged the Basiru family to uphold the noble values, integrity, and spirit of unity, for which she was widely known and respected.
Hon Adegboyega Basheer prayed that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives her shortcomings, grants her Al-Jannatul Firdaus, and gives Senator Ajibola Basiru, the entire Basiru family, and all loved ones the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
