The political landscape in Osun State received another boost over the weekend as Hon. Prince Abimbola Ariyo Oyebowale, popularly known as MANDATE, extended financial support to electorates in wards while reaffirming his unwavering commitment to the re-election bid of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
The cash donation, which was distributed at the ward level, was described by beneficiaries and party faithful as a demonstration of Prince Oyebowale's continued dedication to grassroots empowerment and inclusive political participation.
The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the relationship between the leadership of the Accord Party and supporters across communities in Ife North Local Government Area and beyond.
Speaking at the event, Prince Oyebowale emphasized the importance of sustaining Governor Adeleke's administration, noting that the governor's performance since assuming office has justified the growing public support for a second term.
According to him, the administration has consistently prioritized the welfare of the people through strategic investments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and workers' welfare.
Governor Adeleke's administration has, over the years, embarked on extensive infrastructure development across Osun State, including the construction and rehabilitation of more than 350 kilometres of roads, execution of flyover bridge projects, and the provision of boreholes across all 332 political wards.
The government has also recorded significant achievements in improving educational standards, enhancing public sector welfare, and expanding access to quality healthcare through the widely acclaimed Imole Medical Outreach Programme.
Political observers believe these achievements have strengthened the administration's popularity and reinforced the growing belief among supporters that continuity in governance will ensure the consolidation of ongoing developmental projects across the state.
As part of his contribution to the re-election campaign, Hon. Prince Oyebowale has also deployed a fully branded campaign bus to support grassroots mobilization in favour of Governor Adeleke.
The campaign vehicle, strategically branded to promote the governor's developmental achievements, is expected to traverse communities across Ife North Local Government and other parts of Osun State, taking the message of continuity directly to the people.
The vehicle is officially designated as the "Mandate for Imole Grassroots Mobilizers," a campaign structure established to coordinate intensive ward-to-ward, house-to-house, street-to-street, and community-based political engagements.
The mobilization team is expected to educate residents on the administration's achievements while encouraging massive participation in the forthcoming governorship election.
Party stakeholders have described Prince Oyebowale's latest initiatives as evidence of his steadfast loyalty to the party and his commitment to ensuring that Governor Adeleke secures another overwhelming mandate at the polls.
